Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Sweet Morsels, we believe in supporting our customers to the best of our ability, while balancing the nature of our handcrafted, perishable products.

Order Cancellation

  • Cancellations are accepted only if requested on the same day the order is placed.
  • Cancellation requests may not be accommodated if the order has already been processed, packed, or dispatched for shipping.

Non-Cancellable Items

  • Due to the perishable nature of our products (e.g., nut butters and other food items), cancellation is not allowed once processing begins.

Damaged Products

  • If you receive a damaged product, please contact our Customer Service within the same day of delivery.
  • To be eligible for any claim related to damaged products, the customer must record a clear unboxing video showing the package as it was received and the product being opened without interruption.
    This video is mandatory and must be submitted to our customer service team on the same day of delivery. Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained. After reviewing the submitted video, Sweet Morsels reserves the sole right to determine whether a refund, replacement, or no action is warranted.

Refund Processing

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.
